What we will Need:
- Cleaning cards (usually come with the printer or cleaning kit)
- Isopropyl alcohol (90%+)
- Lint-free cloth or swabs
- Gloves (optional but recommended)

Manual Cleaning Steps:
- Turn Off and Unplug the Printer
- Remove the Ribbon Cartridge
Clean the Printer Rollers
- Use a pre-saturated cleaning card (or a cloth with isopropyl alcohol).
- Feed the card manually through the card path or gently wipe the rollers if accessible.
- Rotate rollers by hand to clean fully
Clean the Printhead (Gently!)
- Dampen a lint-free swab with isopropyl alcohol.
- Gently wipe the printhead in one direction (don’t scrub).
- Avoid touching the printhead with your fingers
Clean the Card Path and Input Hopper
- To clean manually clean card printer, always use a dry lint-free cloth or lightly alcohol-dampened cloth.

Let Everything Dry
